QuickQR Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") is designed from the ground up as an offline-first, client-side utility. We believe that your privacy is paramount. Unlike standard QR utilities that send scanned contents or text to remote servers for processing, QuickQR Pro performs all scanning, encoding, and compilation completely locally on your hardware.

We collect absolutely no personally identifiable information (PII), network activity logs, or telemetry. Our local SQLite database exists strictly to optimize your utility. Here is a clear breakdown:

• Saved Projects & Custom Logos: Custom logos, custom background colors, and styling rules configured during high-resolution vector QR generation are saved locally within a secure SQLite sandbox using Android Room.
• Real-time Scan History: When you use the scanning module, URLs or texts read from the physical camera are logged inside the on-device database to display in your local "Scan Logs" feed. You can purge this entire log with a single tap in the UI.
• No Input Keylogging: Raw inputs typed into text blocks for QR code encoding (e.g., WiFi credentials, email structures, contact cards) are translated into vector matrices instantly and are never cached permanently, sold, or shared.

To execute high-performance barcode reading and support native document workflows, the app requires standard Android system capabilities. These permissions are checked dynamically in-app using Material Design 3 interactive consent dialogs:

You have complete control over these settings. If you decline permissions, the generator module continues to function fully, while the physical camera scanning module will pause until the camera toggle is approved.

Many utilities embed analytics or advertising SDKs that silent-track advertising identifiers. QuickQR Pro is a clean, premium tool.

• No Hidden Ad Networks: We do not integrate admobs, unity engines, or other silent behavioral advertising platforms.
• No Cloud Analytics: We do not utilize Google Analytics, Firebase Telemetry, Mixpanel, or segment logs.
• External Links Caution: If you scan a QR code representing a remote website link and intentionally click on the decoded URL button, your system browser will handle the request, subjecting you to that third-party website's specific policies.

All storage architecture uses Android's isolated storage sandboxing.

• Self-Contained Isolation: Other apps installed on the same device cannot access the local database records or custom QR presets of QuickQR Pro.
• Complete Uninstall Wipe: If you uninstall the application from your device, all local Room SQLite entries, cached custom images, and settings are fully deleted by the Android system automatically.
• User-Facing Purge controls: Dedicated buttons inside the app let you clear scan history logs, wipe bulk arrays, and remove saved presets instantly.

Because we collect no personal data, QuickQR Pro is fully safe for all age groups and perfectly complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR child protection requirements, and the Google Play Families Policy.

We do not solicit, target, or capture credentials from any person, including individuals under the age of 13. Parents can rest assured that children's interactions are processed entirely within the local sandbox without internet telemetry.
